There are times when we just want to improve our own skills. The focus of
coaching is on leadership development. In coaching, I meet with you for an initial assessment and goal setting.
The area of improvement is well defined and we work toward creating so tasks or behaviors you would like to develop.
Some common areas of coaching are assertiveness, team development, team building, meeting management and time management.
After the initial assessment, we will have two 20-minute conversations per week where we will work on feedback,
motivation and skill enhancement.
